Susan was recognized by her Supervisor for her regular contributions to enhancing the productivity and safety of all AIB workers, providing suggestions to her supervisors to help with improvements in the warehouse. Susan keeps her picking area exceptionally clean and organized which makes performing our yearly physical inventories flow very smoothly.
Paul by far has set an example in his work ethic, reliability, and leadership with co-workers and members of the management team. Paul selflessly puts his tasks on hold to assist other team members as needed. With all the added responsibilities Paul has taken on, his positive attitude is an example we can all learn from.
